Clarto Lavie Shirasu Dip Pen - Crab

The Lavie Shirasu is an ode to a classic Japanese delicacy. Shirasu is a type of whitebait, or immature fish, that are usually baby sardines. Once the annual fishing ban from January to March is lifted, both fishermen and fish lovers flock to the sea to haul in and eat up hoards of this little adorable fish. This pen body features a hollow liquid filled chamber which numerous white glass Shirasu swim through as you write.

Among the Shirasu swims a bold red crab with tiny black eyes. A fun focal point for your eyes. Is he the one being chased, or doing the chasing? Enjoy the soft tapping sounds and sensation as the fish meander from one end of the ocean to the other.  At the end of the pen barrel, there are additional raised Shirasu.
